This video is quite dramatic. I felt the sadness flowing in my veins as I saw the man being killed by throwing in the river and shotted by a gun. Oh Mercy!
The setting of the scene is perfectly arranged. I saw scattered things such as tires, branches, ford parts etc.

I really like the "fantasy" colors of his last dream. The words to this song get me... Very wonderful video, great story within. Who wrote the words though, they are profound; thank you for it.

Looks like Depp was influenced by his time on Jim Jarmusch's Dead Man (stylistically). Really stark, vivid black & white (I think the cinematographer on that film was Robby Muller). As for the video itself, it's terrific! The last shot is fantastic. There's something about a hanging which seems wholly appropriate when it comes to the 'maledom' that Stephen often sings about, don't ask me why..
