U.S. Distribution of "Ex-Maniac"

What's up, everyone?

Although I've already ordered Ex-Maniac from Amazon.co.uk, I'm wondering whether or not there will be any U.S. distribution of the album or any of the singles. (Even digital distro would be preferable to nothing!)
