Leeds 7th of feb

just crawled in at 9:00 am the next day after missing train home, but boy was it worth it, stephen hit the stage in typical stephen fashion, and the first words out of his mouth were "fuck off" as a heckler shouted you're gorgeous.
The first few songs were banged out one after the next in quick speed, with not much banter apart from the kasabian look alike, the things picked up as stephen began refering to it as "the ghetto"
Pretty much dead silence as he asked for everybody to sing the 1st line of cornershop, he asked if he should get "that song" out of the way, took it to a vote and it was a one sided no, and on they went, set finished and they came out and played 2 more songs, left the stage and came back again, eh whats up with this i though to myself, and they played send me back my dreams, stephen said something about another song and burning out, i then blurted out "dead bird sings" to which he said yeah we can do that, i think i then said really? 3 times in a row, still thinking he was joking, with a fk yeah as he wasnt joking.
And soaked up my all time fave babybird song ever, thanks mr jones made my day.
I had a hot date and me missing my train made me stay the night with her, so another thanx for that too :p
And "that song" was left off the set list, and the tricks were pretty good aswell.
